Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve dealership sales targets and maximize revenue.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including sales executives and consultants, to meet individual and collective sales goals.

4. Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
7. Generate and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
