Senior Manager - Institutional Sales (Project Sales)


***Only Building Material Industry Experience will be considered (Tiles/Paints/TMT/Ply/Roofing etc)


1. Develops, Updates and maintains complete Database of various Govt. & private Projects, upcoming projects, Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Departments, Agencies.
2. Educates architects, designers and other opinion leaders about of using Roofing products
3. Follow up with active leads and quote for the lead to close the sale.
4. Assists Head-Institutional sales in the product approval process and registration in various govt. dept. and PSU.
5. Executes various PR development and brand promotional activities
6. Takes responsibility of meeting individual sales targets Ensures customer satisfaction with rapid delivery and handling customer queries
7. Monitors payment collection to achieve collection targets
8. Maps the market to assess growth potential and provides inputs to head –institutional sales in making the business plan.
9. Systematically influence institutions to use the products in place of traditional products and achieves conversion to grow the market
