3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice providers.Conducting regular visits and meetings with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
4. Channel Management:Managing distribution channels effectively to ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration.Collaborating with distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners to optimize inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
