We are urgently hiring for a Senior HR Executive for an Automobile Dealership in Tezpur
Graduate in Management
MBA/PGDM in HR/IR preferred
3 year-7 years’ experience in HR
Candidates from automobile background will be preferred.
Candidates willing to relocate to Tezpur can apply.
SALARY – INR 25,000/- - INR 30,000/- (negotiable for good candidates)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Manage recruitment & selection, manpower planning
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Should be able to calculate compensation & benefits, payroll management, grievance handling, manpower planning, etc.
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Monitor HR department’s budget
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
