-Communicate with customers to understand their repair needs, provide accurate cost estimates, and address any concerns or inquiries throughout the repair process
-Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality parts and materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely availability of required resources.
-Enforce and promote safety protocols to create a secure working environment for staff, adhering to industry safety standards and regulations
