We are Urgently Looking for a Storekeeper for An Office Automation and System Integrator Company in Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
experience: 2 to 5 Years as Storekeeper
candidate Should Be a Localite of Guwahati Living Within 4 to 5 Kms of Ulubari
roles & Responsibilities
1. to Exercise General Control Over all Activities in Stores Department
2. Should Know to Operate and Enter Data in Tally Erp.9
3. to Ensure Safekeeping Both as to Quality and Quantity of Materials.
4. to Receive the Materials from the Receiving Department.
5. to Maintain Proper Records of Stores.
6. to Initiate Purchase Requisitions for the Replacement of Stock of all Regular Stores Items
whenever the Stock Level of Any Item of Store Approaches the Minimum Limit Fixed in Respect
thereof.
7. to Initiate Action for Stoppage of Further Purchasing When the Stock Level Approaches The
maximum Limit.
8. to Check and Receive Purchased Materials Forwarded By the Receiving Department and To
arrange for the Storage Inappropriate Places.
9. to Reserve a Particular Material for a Specific Job When So Required.
10. to Issue Materials Only in Required Quantities Against Authorized Requisition Notes/material
11. to Check the Book Balances, with the Actual Physical Stock At Frequent Intervals By Way Of
internal Control Over Wrong Issues, Pilferage, Etc
12. to Make Arrangement for Proper Storage of Materials and Goods.
13. to Issue Materials to Service Department Against Proper and Authorized Requisition.
14. to Keep An Eye On Different Stock Levels and Issue Purchase Requisition to the Purchasing.
